Samedio chose Easit ServiceDesk

Samedio has chosen Easit ServiceDesk as tool for case management within Stampen Group. Easit ServicDesk supports ITIL V3 and its five most important core processes - Incident, Problem, Change, Service Asset & Configuration and Service Level Management. Samedio will also use Easit’s CTI connection to integrate their contact center system and Easit ServiceDesk, so that a phone call opens up a new request with the caller’s information entered automatically.

Samedio is fully owned subsidiary within Stampen Group. They develop and standardize effective business servicing in Workplace Services, Economy, IT, HR and Project.
