Kronans Droghandel has chosen Easit Servicedesk as their internal case handling tool. Since 1907, Kronans Droghandel has distributed pharmaceutical products to all of Sweden's pharmacies. Kronan is now Sweden's third biggest pharmacy chain with more than 170 pharmacies from Malmberget in the north, to Trelleborg in the south.
