KG Knutsson implements Easit ServiceDesk4
KG Knutsson AB (KGK) implements Easit for Incident management at their IT department.
The evaluation was conducted in the form of a Proof of Concept (POC) to ensure that the system supports KGK processes. KGK’s goal is to use Easit for other departments in the KGK group.
