ITS Nordic has signed a contract to implement Easit Helpdesk Manger with the purpose of handling incidents and time reporting. The project is due to start in autumn of 2011.

ITS tailor all or part of the company's technical infrastructure, that is, everything from IT and telecom solutions, such as networks, intranets, backup, fixed and mobile telephony, the physical and virtual PBX system, to color printers and photocopiers.
