The purpose of the investment is to handle queries related to framework contracts from its customers (the entire public sector) and selected  retailers tied to the framework contracts. The system has enabled the IT procurement department to work more effectively and have aided the process of continual improvements in order to offer even better service to its customers, guaranteeing sound competitive terms in this market.
